In this article, we are demonstrating how to use holograms to select light sources according to their distance. Useful to see through scattering media such as for doing astronomy observation in broad daylight, seeing through the atmosphere.

In this publication, we present an head up display with expanded pupil using a waveguide and holograms. The geometry of the system is in-line instead of L shaped, which bring some benefits.
