Startup Wizard Panel

The Startup Wizard Panel allows the user to choose whether he/she wants to open an existing Optiscan Project or create a new Optiscan Project.

When a new Optiscan Project is created, a new folder/directory is created to put it in. The Optiscan Project File typically has the same name as the folder that it is stored in. This file is commonly called the Optiscan Project since it is the file that is opened when the Open Existing Optiscan Project option is chosen.
