Welcome to the Biomedical Spectroscopy and Interferometry Laboratory in the University of Arizona College of Optical Sciences. Our mission is to develop innovative optical methods for biomedical applications, especially new interferometric and spectroscopic techniques for biosensing and molecular imaging.

Our lab was established in 2009 under the support from the National Institutes of Health. Currently we research on fluorescence imaging. Our research topics include fluorescence lifetime microscopy, single molecule imaging, super resolution microscopy and deep tissue imaging.
