Laser Plate: SPP + Laser

Material/Equipment

• Small plastic plate
  Laser Diode
  Power supply (cell phone charger)

Purpose

• To connect laser sources to the system.

Procedure

• Cut the laser pointer (diode laser) and take the laser part out.
• Cut across the front surface of the laser to remove the lens and spring.
• Use the 7V output power supply as the power source.
• On a small plastic plate, place the laser into the center hole.
• Stable it with Epoxy 30 minute.

Expectation

• Remove the whole lens and spring of the laser, glue the laser very strongly to the plate.
