Optomechanical Resonator Design
We design our resonators according to specifications such as resonant frequency.
We use software such as Python, MATLAB, solidworks and COMSOL to analyze material, shape, gravity and other constraints such as whether it will be used in earth or space, whether any objects will go on them such as mirrors etc.
We optimize the resonator for the required resonant frequency and stress based on shape, material, Q-factor, noise and how they will perform.
If the design is feasible, then we will go forward with the fabrication.
