We are interested in quantum information with continuous variables. We focus on theoretical deep understanding of entanglement, non-Gaussianity, and applications thereof to quantum sensing, quantum computing, and quantum communications. Our aim is to do fundamental research with practical value to frontier technologies.
If you’re interested in working with us, please consult Open Positions and email me for more information.
I teach the grad course OPTI647, where we study the mathematics of quantum optics and quantum information with continuous variables. Alongside the fundamental concepts, applications of quantum information are worked out and explained.
