Twist your kaleidoscope and enjoy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Setup:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place the kaleidoscopes out on the table<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to run the demo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Look through the eyepiece<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on the type of kaleidoscope, rotate the entire scope or rotate the end piece<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Look towards a light source for better viewing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s Happening?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The internals of a kaleidoscope is composed of 3 mirrors placed in a triangle formation. The end piece is either a lens or a collection of moving beads in a container or some such item. As the kaleidoscope is rotated the image you see straight through the tube is also being reflected off each of the three mirrors.
