Laser Arcade – CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

Overview: A two player arcade game that allows you to compete against your friends. Aim your laser at the moving target and whoever accumulates the most points in the time limit is the winner.

​​Supplies: 2 laser arcade targets, 2 laser pointers

Objectives: How good are you at aiming at a moving target? Can you rack up more points than your opponent?

Setup:

  • Plug in
  • Have laser pointers several feet away
  • Press big red button to reset

How to run the demo:

Have people hold the laser pointer and shoot at the center of the target. Stop them and declare a winner when one of players hits 1000 points! Then hit reset button again for the next pair of people to compete.

What’s Happening?

The target that you are shooting at is a photodetector. This detects the light from the laser, and the longer you hit the center of the diode the more points you get.
