There may even be no layers listed. At the top of the box will be an indicator, it tells which layer is currently selected. If there are layers listed, the values to the right are the index of refraction <em>(N Reference)<\/em> and layer thickness <em>(Z-Total)<\/em>. These values will be set at whatever values they were last set for. If there are more than one layer then click <em>Cut<\/em> until there is only one layer. Set its <em>N Reference<\/em> to 1 and <em>Z-Total<\/em> to 1E-7. Feel free to mess around with the different parameters.<\/p>\n<p>(13) If your interest is to find certain values on the graphs you can zoom in on a particular graph by using the left mouse button.
