TFT Settings Panel

The TFT Settings Panel allows you to modify the general parameters used in the TFT ( Thin Film Target ) calculation.

TFT Index Settings:

tft_index_settings

nincident – The index of refraction for incident material

nsubstrate – The index of refraction for substrate

TFT General Parameters:

tft_general_parameters

Z0 – The amount of defocus in the z-axis

ZOFFSET – The amount of offset from the interface in the z-axis

interface – The top position of each layer in the z-axis

resultfield

  • Pupil – Observe the electric field at the exit pupil
  • Image – Observe the electric field at the optical disk
