Congrats to Cheng Li on successfully defending his dissertation! Cheng is the first PhD student to graduate from the Little Sensor Lab. Cheng will begin his job at Intel as a Packaging R&D Engineer in June.

Grateful to receive the University of Arizona’s Engineering Dean’s Award for Outstanding Early Career Faculty which recognizes excellence in teaching, research, and service to a tenure-track or early career track faculty member. One award is given annually.
