Breakfast and dinner are <strong>not<\/strong> included in the registration fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>$87<\/strong> Conference dinner on Thursday, September 26, 2204. Conference participants can purchase more than one dinner (for example for spouses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Payments will be collected and administered by the University of Arizona through Eventbrite. Please use the following Eventbrite link for your payment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/xii-ultrafast-dynamics-and-ultrafast-bandgap-photonics-conference-registration-939976514057\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eventbrite Payment Portal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event is by invitation only. \u00a0If you would like to participate but have not been invited, please contact one of the two conference chairs before registering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds requested on or before August 8: full refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested August 9 through September 6:&nbsp; 50% refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested September 7 or later cannot be granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conference Dinner:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds requested on or before September 6:&nbsp; full refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested September 7 or later cannot be granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refund requests will be responded to within five business days.
