We recommend making hotel reservations as early as possible, since Tucson is a year-round tourist destination, and hotels may be fully booked during the conference week.
Conference Hotel:
We have a block reservation for conference attendees at the conference hotel, the
(also known as Ventana Canyon Golf & Racquet Club) 6200 N. Club House Lane, Tucson, AZ 85750 USA, which will be held until Thursday, August 23, 2024.
Please note that the cancellation policy has recently changed.
A reservation of a room from the conference block is valid only in conjunction with a paid conference registration that is in effect on or after August 12.

At time of booking, The Lodge will take a credit card to guarantee the reservation. A non-refundable deposit of one night’s room will be charged on August 12. Breakfast is available for $30 inclusive per day. If you would like to prepay for the breakfast, please contact Jeff @ 520-577-4084. Any guest staying at the Ventana Canyon Club & Lodge can eat in the Bar and Grille. Alternatively, they can use a complimentary shuttle that runs 2 miles from the property, such as a shopping and restaurant area on the corner of Kolb Road and Sunrise Drive.
We recommend booking as early as possible. Please note that the block may be fully booked prior to the deadline (August 23, 2024).

For example, to the west of the conference hotel, several hotels are a little farther than the Westward Look Resort, many of them on or close to Oracle Road between just south of Rudasill Road and Magee Road, for example, Hampton Inn & Suites Tucson Mall (on Oracle Rd.), La Posada Lodge & Casitas (on Oracle Rd.), TownePlace Suites Tucson (on Rudasill Rd.), Best Western Innsuites Tucson Foothills Hotel & Suites (on Oracle Rd.), 3 Palms Tucson North Foothills (on Oracle Rd.). There are also hotels south of the conference hotel such as the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East mentioned above and other hotels such as Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites, Comfort Suites at Sabino Canyon, Hilton Tucson East, Hampton Inn & Suites Tucson East/Williams Center, and other hotels on or close to Broadway Blvd.
