Conference Registration
Registration is now open.
Registration fees
$410 Early-bird registration fee, until August 8, 2024
$490 Regular registration fee, August 9, 2024 – September 6, 2024.
The registration fee includes lunch and coffee breaks on the three conference days. Breakfast and dinner are not included in the registration fee.
$87 Conference dinner on Thursday, September 26, 2204. Conference participants can purchase more than one dinner (for example for spouses).
Payments will be collected and administered by the University of Arizona through Eventbrite. Please use the following Eventbrite link for your payment:
Cancellation policy
Registration:
Refunds requested on or before August 8: full refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested August 9 through September 6: 50% refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested September 7 or later cannot be granted.
Conference Dinner:
Refunds requested on or before September 6: full refund minus all ticketing fees. Refunds requested September 7 or later cannot be granted.
Refund requests will be responded to within five business days. If by then you have not received a response to your request, please email binder@optic.arizona.edu .
Refunds may take several days to process.
